Heres an outline of the washing process we use for a standard low pressure house / building wash;
After wetting down the areas to be cleaned, we apply detergent / chemicals to the area. After allowing enough time for the detergents to do their work, we then gently wash the dirt away. Finally, we rinse the whole area down for a spotless finish.
When we wash a property, everything gets washed, from the gutters down to the ground. Roofs are extra.
As an environmentally aware company, we use your choice of either our highly effective, natural orange based citrus cleaner, or chemical wash depending on the situation. All have been specially selected by us for their effectiveness & minimal environmental impact for use in & around the home & business. They carry NZ Food Safety Authority & MAF approval so you can be assured of their safety and won't kill plants! We've also added natural bacteria & fungi inhibitors for extra protection!

Dull & blackened cedar & timber can be instantly renewed by our restoration process, bringing back it's original good looks.
Prices for our housewashing services are based on the size of your property and whether it's construction or the site presents us with access difficulties.
